Just outside Columbus, Ohio, there is a church named "All Shepherds Church." All Shepherds? Hmmm .... Is this some kind of polytheistic church? Or, is this the result of when All Saints Church merged with Good Shepherd Church as part of a leveraged buyout? I tried to do some research on this church, but the results were sketchy. Yahoo! had one hit that showed this church as a member of the ELCA denomination. Not surprising, really. Since the ELCA has pretty much done away with viewing the Scriptures as the source of Truth, why should any congregation have the audacity to claim that there is a single Shepherd? However, I must clarify that All Shepherds Church did not appear on the ELCA's own online directory for Columbus area churches.
