In response to a request posted on the tagboard, a new link has been added to the Banshee Blog. The link is for a blog called How Appealing. This blog is maintained by an appellate attorney named Howard Bashman. How Appealing is dedicated entirely to tracking the action in United States Courts of Appeal.
